how it began

For more than three decades, I have been coming to Newport for the beaches, festivals and the wonderful attractions that make the “City by the Sea” the perfect place to relax and enjoy spending time with friends and family.

In 2017, my wife and I made the decision to move permanently to our home in Newport to enjoy the beauty of the area on a year-round basis and become more integrated in the community. Prior to that, I had worked for over 25 years in business management consulting, project management, and corporate strategy and had held leadership roles in organizations including Harvard University, Mitsubishi Corporation, Ralph Lauren and Goldman Sachs in both the United States and in Japan.

While living in New York City, my interest in property improvement and real estate development was sparked and I developed projects in Brooklyn and in Newport. I knew from the start that it was the profession for me, so I left my job in NYC and started Teaticket, LLC to embark on a new journey.
